Gravity Forms is great at catching leads, but Wealthbox is where advisors actually work. Getting one into the other usually means paying for an automation service or copying entries by hand.
I built Mappings for Wealthbox to close that gap right inside WordPress. Pick a form, match the fields, and every new lead lands in Wealthbox on its own. Pro adds custom fields, contact updates, sync logs and nested forms.

Paste your Wealthbox API token under Wealthbox, Settings, then click Test connection.

Matching uses SHA-256 fingerprints, so no raw email or phone sits in the index. One fast lookup, no API call.

GP Nested Forms
Map child entries like extra addresses or dependents. Each one arrives as its own numbered line.
Safe to remove
Deactivating deletes nothing. The plugin never deletes contacts in Wealthbox.

Straight answers
Do I need Zapier or another automation tool?
No. The plugin talks to the Wealthbox API directly from your WordPress site.
Will it update people who are already in my Wealthbox?
Pro updates contacts the plugin has already created or updated. Matching contacts that were in Wealthbox before you installed it is coming in an update.
Does it send my old form entries?
No. Only submissions made after you publish a mapping are sent.
Where is my data stored?
In your own WordPress database and in Wealthbox. Nothing passes through my servers. Pro keeps sync logs in your database and uses fingerprints, not raw emails, for matching.
How many sites does one Pro licence cover?
One site per licence. Buy one for each site you run Pro on.
Is this plugin made by Wealthbox?
No. It is an independent plugin built by Samama Tahir. It is not made or endorsed by Wealthbox.
